Refunds and Returns

1. Introduction

At Templi, our primary goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from our platform. We understand that occasionally there may be reasons to return a product, so we have designed this Returns Policy keeping in mind both our customers' needs and our business's requirements.

2. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 3 business days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

a. Unopened & Unused: Products must be in the original condition - unopened, unused, and with all original packaging materials intact.

b. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to transit or a manufacturing fault, it is eligible for return.

c. Incorrect Item: If the product you receive is not what you ordered, you can request a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

a. Customized or personalized products. b. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance". a. Any product that has been used, opened, or is missing its original packaging. b. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Return Process

a. Initiation: Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or call us at +1 212-387-6000 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and any supporting photos.

b. Approval: Once we've reviewed your return request, we'll notify you via email about the approval/rejection of your return request.

c. Shipping: Upon approval, securely pack the item(s) and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number. Returns are to be shipped at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.

d. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the approval/rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Support team.

6. Refunds

a. Full Refunds: Will be granted for items returned in their original condition, damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

b. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds might be given for opened or used items or items returned after 3 business days.

c. Store Credit: In lieu of a refund, you may select store credit which can be available to use immediately.

7. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 1 hr of placing the order.
  • Orders generally cannot be canceled once the proof is approved. If an exception is made, there will be a cancellation fee of $50.
  • If setup costs have been incurred at any point prior to order cancellation, then you will be responsible for those setup costs plus the $50 cancellation fee.

8. Amendments

Templi reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be communicated on our website.
