The three most common sizes for bar coasters are:
Lightweight: 35pt or 40pt (1mm thick)
Mediumweight: 55pt or 60pt (1.4mm thick)
Heavyweight: 80pt (2mm thick)
We recommend starting with 55pt/60pt Mediumweight thickness.
This is the most popular weight ordered for commercial use. It also enables you to judge if it’s worth downgrading or upgrading the coaster weight.
